Please read these terms carefully before using Bitnotex Trading Exchange. By using this service, you fully accept these rules.
General Agreement
- By using Bitnotex, the user fully accepts all terms and conditions.
- The platform only provides trading services and is not responsible for any losses, mistakes, or delays caused by the user.
Account Verification
- Providing false, incorrect, or incomplete information may result in account suspension.
- Users are fully responsible for securing their login details, passwords, and security codes.
Deposit Rules
- A deposit will only be considered valid after the user actually sends the amount.
If a user submits deposit/withdraw requests twice for a single payment that has already been sent, it will be considered fraudulent activity. In such cases, both requests will be rejected, and no refund or reversal of the payment will be provided.

If a user sends payment through another exchange by using BEP20 but requests a TRC20 deposit/withdrawal address, the payment is sent to the wrong network. The funds will be permanently lost. In such cases, no refund will be possible under any circumstances.
Withdrawal Rules
- Withdrawals will only be processed if the user has a valid and sufficient balance.
- The user is responsible for entering the correct wallet address, bank details, or network chain.
- Once processed, withdrawals cannot be reversed.
Trading Rules
- Trading involves market risk.
- Any profit or loss due to market movement is solely the user's responsibility.
- Mistakes such as wrong orders, wrong buttons, or accidental trades are the user's own responsibility.
System Errors & Delays
- The exchange is not responsible for delays caused by internet issues, server load, network congestion, or third party services.
- During maintenance, trading services may be temporarily unavailable.
Fraud & Suspicious Activity
Fake screenshots, duplicate deposit references, false information, or any fraud attempt will result in:
Loss Responsibility
- The user fully accepts all trading risks.
- The exchange is not responsible for market losses, wrong trades, incorrect entries, deposit/withdraw mistakes, or delays caused by user side issues.
Dispute Policy
- Any dispute must be addressed directly through Bitnotex Support.
- False claims or damaging the exchange’s reputation on social media may result in account termination.
